Buenos Aires, Dec 19 (NA) -- A businessman in the nightlife and financial sectors, linked to the entertainment business in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo, was charged in a criminal case for alleged abuses committed against minors. The investigation began after complaints filed by parents of students at a private school attended by the defendant's son. According to Noticias Argentinas news agency, the file —which is handled under secrecy in a criminal court in the City of Buenos Aires— currently has at least ten formal complaints from young people who reported situations of harassment and abuse. The 'modus operandi' under investigation According to the judicial proceedings, the victims described a pattern of behavior that included financial incentives and digital equipment: Encounters and substances: the young people reported attending houses and offices where there was allegedly alcohol consumption and proposals related to online betting were made. Harassment situations: uncomfortable scenes that occurred after sports activities were reported, some of which may have been recorded in images and videos that are now under expert analysis.
